Merchant Terms and Conditions
These Merchant Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your ("Merchant", "you", or "your") use of the PlayNow Coupon Discount Web App ("PlayNow", "we", "our", or "us") to offer promotional discounts and participate in marketing programs made available through the PlayNow platform.
By registering with or using PlayNow to distribute discount offers, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Participation and Eligibility
1.1. To participate, Merchant must be a legally registered business and provide accurate, up-to-date business information during onboarding.
1.2. Merchant must be authorized to bind the business to this Agreement.
1.3. PlayNow reserves the right to approve or reject any Merchant or discount campaign at its sole discretion.
2. Discount Program
2.1. Merchant agrees to offer a clearly defined discount, promotion, or incentive (collectively, "Offer") to users who access PlayNow.
2.2. The Offer must be:
- Accurate, truthful, and not misleading;
- Available for a specified period;
- Honored by Merchant as advertised;
- Not in violation of any applicable laws or third-party agreements.
2.3. Merchant is solely responsible for the fulfillment and delivery of any product, service, or benefit included in the Offer.
3. Merchant Program Exchange
3.1. In exchange for using the PlayNow platform, Merchant agrees to participate in cooperative marketing programs managed by PlayNow, including but not limited to:
- Cross-promotion with other Merchants;
- Inclusion in PlayNow newsletters, digital ads, or featured listings;
- Participation in user engagement campaigns or gamified promotions.
3.2. PlayNow may use the Merchant's name, logo, and Offer details for marketing and promotional purposes, subject to reasonable brand use guidelines.
4. Fees and Payment
4.1. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, PlayNow will not charge Merchants any upfront fees to list Offers.
4.2. PlayNow may offer premium listing options or analytics features for a fee, with separate agreement or opt-in.
4.3. Merchant remains solely responsible for any costs associated with fulfilling Offers or processing discounts.
5. Term and Termination
5.1. This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party.
5.2. Merchant may terminate this Agreement at any time by giving written notice to PlayNow and removing all active Offers from the platform.
5.3. PlayNow reserves the right to suspend or terminate Merchant's participation at any time, with or without cause, especially in the case of Offer misrepresentation or breach of this Agreement.
6. Representations and Warranties
6.1. Merchant represents that it has the right and authority to enter into this Agreement and to offer the promotions listed.
6.2. Merchant's Offers will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
6.3. Merchant will not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayNow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, resulting from Merchant's use of the platform or participation in PlayNow campaigns.
8. Indemnification
Merchant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PlayNow and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to:
- Merchant's breach of this Agreement;
- Any Offer made by Merchant;
- Merchant's violation of law or third-party rights.
9. Confidentiality and Data
9.1. Merchant agrees not to disclose PlayNow's confidential business information.
9.2. PlayNow may use aggregated, anonymized data collected from Merchant interactions for analytics, improvement, and marketing purposes.
10. General Provisions
10.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].
10.2. No partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship is created by this Agreement.
10.3. Any changes to this Agreement will be communicated via email or posted on the PlayNow platform and will become effective upon notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
By submitting your first Offer or using the PlayNow platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Merchant Terms and Conditions.
MERCHANT ENGAGEMENT CONTRACT
1. PURPOSE
The purpose of this Contract is to establish the terms under which Merchant will use the PlayNow Coupon Discount Web App to promote discounts and participate in marketing programs provided by PlayNow.
2. ENGAGEMENT
PlayNow agrees to provide the Merchant with access to the PlayNow platform to upload, manage, and promote discount offers (the "Offers") to users of the platform. Merchant agrees to honor and fulfill any Offers submitted and published through the PlayNow platform.
3. MERCHANT OBLIGATIONS
Merchant agrees to:
- Provide accurate and truthful descriptions of any Offer;
- Honor all active Offers as listed for the duration of the campaign;
- Participate in joint promotional activities as initiated by PlayNow;
- Ensure all Offers and operations comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws;
- Not submit any false, misleading, or illegal promotions through the platform.
4. PLAYNOW RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
PlayNow may:
- Promote Merchant Offers through digital campaigns, email newsletters, featured listings, or social media;
- Use Merchant's name, logo, and Offer details for promotional and marketing purposes;
- Review, approve, modify, or reject Offers that violate platform guidelines or applicable laws;
- Offer optional premium services (e.g., analytics, ad boosts) which may require a separate agreement.
5. TERM AND TERMINATION
This Contract shall commence on the Effective Date and remain in effect unless terminated by either party with ten (10) days' written notice.
PlayNow may terminate this agreement immediately for cause, including but not limited to violation of these terms, breach of law, or customer complaints.
6. FEES
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, PlayNow does not charge fees for standard Offer listings. Premium or sponsored listing fees may be agreed upon in a separate written agreement.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Each party retains ownership of its respective trademarks, logos, content, and materials. Merchant grants PlayNow a limited, non-exclusive right to use its brand materials solely for promotional purposes in connection with this agreement.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
PlayNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising out of or in connection with this Contract or the use of the PlayNow platform.
9. INDEMNITY
Merchant agrees to indemnify and hold PlayNow harmless against all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Breach of this agreement;
- False or misleading Offers;
- Failure to honor promotions;
- Violations of laws or third-party rights.
10. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information exchanged during this engagement. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Contract.
11. GOVERNING LAW
This Contract shall be governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising under this Contract shall be resolved in the courts of [Insert Jurisdiction].
12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior communications, representations, or agreements, oral or written.

No modification to this Contract shall be binding unless in writing and signed by both Parties.
14. SIGNATURES
By signing below, the Parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Merchant Engagement Contract.

1. Introduction
Welcome to PlayNow.ae ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services Provided
PlayNow.ae offers a platform connecting users with exclusive discounts and deals for sports activities, including but not limited to padel, tennis, pickleball, basketball, football, golf, fitness and wellness sessions. Our services include:
- Access to various sports, fitness and wellness activity deals and discounts.
- Subscription plans offering additional benefits and exclusive offers.
- A user-friendly interface to browse and redeem available coupons.
3. User Registration
To access certain features, users must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Subscription Plans
We offer the following subscription plans:
Bronze: AED 30/month
- Access to basic sports and event listings.
- Up to 5 coupons per month.
- 2 free game passes/month (matchmaking).
- Access to PlayNow Sports News.
Silver: AED 75/month
- Access to premium sports and event listings.
- Up to 10 coupons per month.
- Priority access to early-bird events.
- 3 guest passes/month (matchmaking).
- Access to PlayNow Sports News.
Gold: AED 95/month
- Access to premium sports and event listings.
- Up to 15 coupons per month.
- 5 guest passes/month (matchmaking).
- VIP invites to premium events & tournaments.
- Access to PlayNow Sports News.
Subscription fees are billed monthly. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
5. Coupon Redemption
To redeem a coupon:
- Browse available offers on our platform.
- Select the desired deal and click "Redeem."
- Present the coupon at the partner location.
We recommend contacting the partner in advance to confirm availability.
6. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Use the services for lawful purposes only.
- Not engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with the platform's functionality.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We value your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
8. Limitation of Liability
